Though Allstate was able to save me some money on my auto insurance, the homeowner's insurance was a bit higher than my previous insurer. Anyway, I found an even less expensive auto policy (with same or better coverages) and a similar home owner's policy (with considerably more coverage). From two different companies (turns out bundling is just a gimmick to increase the number of policies and doesn't really save consumers money). That said, Allstate and my agent were easy to work with and I would recommend others to give them a serious look.
Really didn’t want to make the change due to inflation and being with Allstate for many years. Was so happy when the agent was willing to hear me out and help. So sad she couldn’t finish all the way thru to make a happy customer and when I got to having questions about the breakdown of my policy was very irritated at my questions and just simply flat out said she could not answer my questions and to call Allstate directly for more answers. :/ not the way to handle customers Glenda. Thanks!
So far best insurance company I've had. But make sure keep up with your billing statements to review changes. Also the drivers active for discounts doesn't work very good.
I called in as a former Allstate client trying to get information to resolve my account. Prior attempts calling my former agency and customer service had been futile. Juan answered the phone. I explained the situation and he made time to walk me through the Allstate policies and procedures that applied to my situation. He gave me a different customer service number to call to answer any more questions. He was always pleasant, responsive and very patient with my questions and concerns. Thank you , Juan!
Luis Ceron gave excellent customer service, what a great experience with this young man. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care in a correct manner.
