This was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve had. I went here from the reviews I saw online and drove further than other dental options closer to my home. Upon arriving, and after X-rays, I was told I needed a Level 2 cleaning solely because it had been over a year since my last visit, which came with an extra charge. I agreed. Before the cleaning, I was presented with an expensive list of recommended dental work. When I declined and said I only wanted the cleaning, the tone of the visit changed. They then told me they didn’t have dental protective glasses available and that I would need to use my own personal sunglasses — completely unacceptable for a medical office. The “deep cleaning” or scaling lasted about 8 minutes from start to finish. Despite charging for an upgraded deep cleaning, the procedure felt rushed, minimal, and nowhere near what is typically expected for this service. A quick search shows this type of cleaning usually takes much longer. The entire visit felt more focused on upselling and billing than patient care. Based on how I was treated and how the procedure was performed, I have zero trust in this office and will not be returning or recommending them to anyone.
Dr. Glenn did my crown and it looks amazing super natural and comfortable. The process was quick, painless, and he made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I’m very happy with the result!”
The staff was extremely courteous and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The office is beautiful and very inviting and The atmosphere makes it easy. Glo Dental completely changed my extreme dental anxiety. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!
