Go Spa was a found gem. I got the 60 minute massage but it was more than that. My male therapist focused on issues he found along the way. Communicating and working the areas of my body. I walked in tense. I walked out a new person, light, refreshed and relaxed. Pressure was just perfect and flow of massage and service was top notch. Unfortunately I found this place 3 hours before my flight but If I am ever in San Diego. For sure I will be back for a 90 minute session.

I booked a 60-minute deep tissue massage for 6pm. While I was in the room getting undressed, the male massage therapist knocked. I clearly said, “I’m not ready.” Despite this, he opened the door anyway. I was standing there in my bra and underwear, grabbing my clothes to cover myself, and had to repeat multiple times that I was not ready before he finally closed the door. I even had to raise my voice to get him to stop. When the massage started, the pressure was immediately extreme. It was so forceful that at times I felt like I was choking from the way he pressed into my upper back and neck. I told him it was too much, and he responded only with “it’s okay, it’s okay,” without adjusting the pressure. I became increasingly uncomfortable and was close to tears. At one point, when he was again applying intense pressure to my neck, I lifted my head and said “stop, you’re hurting me.” Instead of stopping, he attempted to push my head back down onto the table. I got up. While I was standing there in only my underwear, covering myself with a blanket and crying, I repeatedly asked him to leave. He continued saying “it’s okay” and did not immediately exit. I had to insist multiple times before he finally left the room. I was only 30 minutes into what was supposed to be a 60-minute session. Afterward, another woman knocked and offered to finish the massage. I declined and explained what had happened. She attributed it to his limited English and told me not to cry. When I went to the front desk and explained what occurred, I was refunded $55 out of the $130 I paid. This experience was not just uncomfortable — it felt unsafe. A client saying “stop” should immediately end the session. A therapist should never open the door after being told not to, and physical boundaries should always be respected. I will not be returning.

We really needed a massage after a long trip and as we were on the way to the airport, we found them randomly! It was one of the best massages we’ve ever had. A lot of therapists just go through the motions, but these people actually care about healing and making your body feel better. Plus, they are so sweet! Go see them! You will not be disappointed!

My mom brought me to San Diego and this was my first time getting a massage. After a long day, it helped me relax my whole body and I slept so well afterward. Such a great experience — definitely worth coming back! 😍😍😍

We got 90 minutes massages while visiting the area. We booked in advance and they were super accommodating. It’s so quiet and peaceful in the couples room and perfectly clean. We both had amazing massages that got rid of the knots from flying. I definitely recommend the hot stones! We will come back again!
