This Vietnamese spot delivers a satisfying mix of light, fresh, and well-prepared dishes. Mix-and-match options with bowls, spring rolls, and banh mi. The bánh mì comes on a toasted, French-style baguette with that perfect crunch on the outside and soft interior. We ordered the grilled beef and the marinated pork banh mi. Both juicy and flavorful, complemented by fresh pickled veggies and herbs. The vermicelli bowls are just as impressive featuring grilled shrimp over rice noodles, fresh vegetables, and crispy egg rolls that add a great crunch. Every bite is fresh, lively, and perfectly balanced. The spring rolls, wrapped in delicate rice paper, are filled with baked nem (grilled pork sausage) and paired with a savory dipping sauce that ties all the flavors together. The beef ribeye pho stands out with its rich, aromatic broth tender slices of ribeye and meatballs. The broth is the star, simmered, deeply aromatic, and layered with rich, savory flavor. The ribeye comes out tender and satisfying. Topped with fresh herbs, bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeño, every bowl can be customized to your taste. To top it off, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the environment is clean and well-kept, making the overall dining experience even more enjoyable.

Pleasantly surprised how tasty the banh mi and spring rolls were. For some reason thought the banh mi would be dry and tasteless. Very oppsite. It had a nice spread and seasoning. I do wish they would use pickled veggies in the banh mi though. Spring rolls was good! Veggies were fresh and shrimp was nicely seasoned.

Decided to grab dinner and try a new spot. I got the pork banh mi and 3 spring rolls. Delicious food, the portions are very generous. I could have easily just gotten one or the other and been totally full but I’m glad I got both to try. Will definitely be back

We came here yesterday 01/17/26 and was pleasantly surprised how everything was so good. We tried the Banh mi, the Goi bowl, the ribeye pho, and Vietnamese coffee. Everything was delicious, fresh ingredients, flavorful protein, and the Pho soup was good to the last drop. The service was excellent shout out to Brian and Lily and the staff. Servings was plentiful we even took some home and enjoyed it last night. Come check it out🥰💗

A wonderful gem for after hiking. Customizable, bahn mi, bowls, egg rolls and pho. I got the fresh spring rolls and bahn mi *”Oliver’s way” with pork and peanut sauce instead of mayo and it was delicious. The owner and staff were super friendly *owner never had anyone put peanut sauce on their bahn mi and asked to name it after me. Highly reccommend for peanut sauce lovers.
