First he help us to get the best price for my new home. Couple of months later, the market price of my new home went up about 200K at least. What a big investment profit. He even help us to solve our financial issue to close the escrow successfully. No agent will like Joe to pay attention to the details. In the past month we just worked with Joe in the selling process of our house. He gave us so many really great recommendations, from painting, upgrade the ceiling lights, fans and other necessary materials. He even go shopping with me till Home Depot close . All the vendors he recommended did a great jobs but very reasonable price. All his hard works finally made the buyer offered a super good contract price with the renovators and complete the whole process in just 5 days. So, we sold the house with a price 10% higher than my expectations . We are super satisfied with the whole smooth transaction too.
