Sign in to reviewWon't be back. Been going to this place for years, always get the same thing. This time for some reason my RX sunglasses came out super dark. When I said something about it they tried to make me feel like I don't know what my lenses are supposed to look like by saying my old ones faded. Not true. So they sent them back and they came in (2 weeks) looking the same. They sent them back again (another 2 weeks). This time they were super light. I asked why my lenses weren't the same as they've always been. They said they changed labs so I now only get two choices, too dark or too light! Again I was talked to like I'm a idiot and don't know what my lenses should look like. When I said I wanted a refund they all started saying different things as to why it was just me not knowing what I'm talking about. They are very expensive but I kept going back cause I liked what I had. I will never step foot in there again. I spent good money in there for the last 10yrs. You think they would have done more to make things right but they obviously don't care about customer loyalty. It's a shame because the Eye Dr there is great! Just don't buy anything from them.
Dr Tiffany LIU is amazing she's thorough efficient kind and patient. I'm a pretty hard patient with all my autoimmune and I was so glad to have her as my doctor today. Dale in the front office is so helpful. They took really good care of me today thanks guys
Very good service and a nice place. Doctor was very thorough, and very patient.The staff is very helpful and kind specially Jackie. She was very patient to me when choosing the right glasses. Suggesting which glasses fits for me best. Highly recommend!
They used to be so good. They forgot to put transition on my glasses so I have to be without them longer. The receptionist ( lady with reddish hair) acted bothered when I obviously looked unhappy. No apologies from the staff, they just said another two weeks or so. Will not be getting my glasses here in the future that’s for sure.
I’m a new patient and I’ve had a great experience so far! The staff is very helpful and kind. I didn’t have any issues scheduling an appointment and they weren’t pushy about additional services and other add ons.
