Goose Euro - Downtown

I took my beloved 2009 Mini JCW Gt, to Goose Euro. l had been using a dealer for many years, but started noticing short cuts. Missing plastic do dads every time! So I met a Mr. Robert and Ms. Marissa at Goose Euro and he had his Mechanic make a break down of the mechanical priorities to fix.. Sent me pictures of concern. Forgot... they even got me a ride home. I even noticed now my Stephanie with a larger than stock S; twin turbine scroll borg warner turbo sounds as she should. The car's lovely cat back exhaust has that nice shrill , followed by a nice crackle and pop. The A/C works perfect, as designed. l had people telling me all kinds alot of rubbish and wasting my time for the past 2 years.. it's a Mini Pooper! No l say... I am thankful to have found this well qualified team, of professionals as they posses the knowledge, skills to actually analytically examine a Euro automobile and it's mechanical issues and then provide timely diagonsis, and service the issue or issues at hand. This is definitely the place for anyone with a Euro type automobile. They diagnosed & listed the issues and kept me updated, incredible turnaround. My Stephanie has very little room under the bonnet. That said, their Mechanic ( Mr. Louis) or l as lconsider him as a Automotive Engineer, he solved 3 big issues, in about a day. I will be a returning customer to this shop. BTW, had the clutch replaced some years back at the dealership... they gave me a loaner and replaced the clutch and washed the car. At the time of pick up, l asked if they replaced the main rear seal? Response was No!.. Really?? $20 part? It has now failed!! We shouldn't ask that question or expect people to think smartly. They provided me a rental, name brand, free fancy expresso coffee, music, A/C lobby, fancy chairs and snacks... but, failed to replace a $20 part.. Go Goose and your entire team, l now considermy Mechanical family and My Repair shop for my Stephanie.. better than some people we call family... Mr. Gomez your are The Goose! I cannot say enough to praise the fine folks at Goose Euro. They were able to get me out of a bad situation and removed the socket that was stuck on top of a spark plug on my Mini Countryman. Unfortunately, their eagle-eyed mechanics found a few more issues. Thankful that they helped me prioritize repairs on the car going forward. I’d certainly recommend them to anyone with a European car. They are the best!

I cannot say enough about how awesome Goose Euro has been. I’ve had both service and mechanical repairs done and every time they make me feel so appreciated as a customer. The front reception team knows everything cars!! Unlike other places, they actually do what they they’re gonna do, they respond to your calls and questions quickly, and always with courtesy. They’ll even book ride share you at no cost so you can get back home! Who else does this? This is an honest business you can trust. They are a very transparent about costs, and even and have experience working with extended warranty providers. Customer for life!

Great spot for euro car service. Context: I have a 2020 Porsche Panamera I’ve been trying to find a place in San Antonio that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for any service… These guys hooked it up. Definitely worth checking out. 10/10

These guys are awesome! I had a broken mercedes wheel bolt with the extended shank holding my wheel on with a flat. Goose Euro took on the job and ran into difficulties but did not charge for the extra time/labor/and tools purchased for the work like drill bits. They are very professional please be patient with them and your vehicle will be taken care of.
