I won't be going back to Goose. Went for an oil change on our 9 month old Audi and he told me cooling fluid was low and only way to correctly fill was to drain and put all new. After over $200 for that service Audi told me they would have just topped it off for me. But the worst part was they put in a cheap standard coolant that was not compatible with the engine type. They didn't even check compatibility and it would have ruined my engine. I was the one, after asking to see what they put in, saw the label showing (right on the front label, see the picture) it was only good for Audi cars up to 2007. To correct that, they insisted I needed to buy the $70 of replacement and bring it and they would redo. That's not the first time I was over charged for what I went in for. I had told them I was trying them again even though I had a similar type experience my first time there. No more. Find someone that knows what they are doing and doesn't charge for their mistakes. Highly recommend Goose Euro Car Care. They did a thorough diagnosis on my 2016 Audi A6 3.0T regarding excessive oil consumption and carbon buildup, and I could immediately tell they truly know German vehicles. Gus, Art, Chris, and the team were professional, transparent, and took the time to explain everything properly. The car feels noticeably smoother and stronger after the repair. Great experience overall.

The personnel were very friendly and helpful. They provided a ride to Northstar mall and back while they completed the oil change. They were not looking to take advantage of me as other places do when they see a woman asking for a regular maintenance procedure. Their pricing and final bill were reasonable and transparent. They've earned my business moving forward!
