This dentist office was caring thoughtful listened to what I needed. I was made to feel like what I needed was taken In to account. Lanita was very capable at her job dr oushy cared about my feelings at all times. The dental assistant was capable and knew his job very well. I would recommend this office and give it a 1000 out of ten ,

My first visit was in 2024. Dr Sarah Oushy disfigured my front teeth one picture of my teeth before ever going to that office the left top front tooth had a chip at the top and I wanted it fixed. The other two pictures are of her supposedly FIXING my teeth because of what she did the first time was WORSE THAN what these pictures show, when she finished the first time and the assistant gave me the mirror I could NOT believe what my eyes were seeing. I was talked into letting her fixed how she originally messed them up by her intake rep Lynetta. My first visit, I scheduled an appointment with her office because the original bonding on the left front tooth chipped and I wanted it fixed, I even asked if she could fixed it and she said yes no problem but since it is your first visit we will have to get X-rays and they did , but after the X-rays she came back and said in order for me to fix the tooth I would need to let one of the oral surgeons replace some bone …. That was in 2024 , the surgeon never followed up to make sure I was ok even though I told Dr Oushy I was having problems with my gums from what the surgeon did and to this day my gums are STILL messed up from what he did and I still can’t drink anything cold unless I use a straw. So did I need bone replaced?! On my first visit Dr Oushy ask if I wanted to replace my two front teeth with vaneers and I told her no, just fix the chipped tooth… and the bottom line is this….,My teeth went from straight to crooked….and the before picture of my front teeth and my a pictures after seeing her tells it all. She didn’t fix my teeth and she made them more crooked the first time than what’s in these pictures, the pictures are of her fixing what she originally did and my teeth are no better. My teeth were NEVER crooked and pushed out. Her response to me in 2024 was “Oh I am so sorry if there is anything else I can do please let me know….. WHAT?!….. I told her I was NOT going to pay, I have been having to tell modern dentistry I WILL not pay them a dime since 2024 it is now 2026 and they are still trying to make me pay for Dr. Oushy disfiguring me teeth… WHY? How is this fair obviously her statement of care did not apply to me but obviously to others. A little chip lead to her doing this to my teeth and it took my a while to write this review because I talked to her office and complained a few times and I thought they would care, but obviously the money is more important to Modern Dentistry than the care and satisfaction of some of their patients. Now I am thinking about filing a law suit and a complaint with the Board of Dentistry. I wanted to give 0 stars ⭐️ but I had to add 1 star just to post this review.

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel strongly that other patients should be aware of my experience with the billing process at this office. My main concern is the lack of transparency regarding treatment costs and insurance coverage. Before treatment, I was not clearly informed what my financial responsibility would be, and I was not properly advised that the crown selected for me was not covered by my insurance. I was also not clearly presented with different crown options or told that choosing that crown would result in a significant out-of-pocket “upgrade” charge. This was especially frustrating because I used the Smile Generation financing option offered through the office, and I later had to piece together information myself by comparing financing statements, office billing records, and insurance explanations of benefits just to understand what I had actually been charged for. I have reached out multiple times asking for a clear billing explanation and a straightforward breakdown of the charges, but getting clear answers has been very difficult. Patients should not have to act as their own billing department after treatment just to understand what they were charged for. My issue is not simply that dental work can be expensive, I understand that. My issue is that patients should be clearly informed, before treatment, about: * what procedure is being performed, * whether it is covered by insurance, * whether it is considered an elective or upgraded option, * and what exact amount they are agreeing to pay or finance. That level of transparency is essential, especially when treatment decisions involve hundreds or thousands of dollars. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to request a full written treatment plan, itemized estimate, insurance breakdown, and explanation of any “upgrade” charges before agreeing to treatment.

Had a wonderful experience here! Dr. Oushy & her team really went above and beyond to help me get a much needed service completed timely on a budget. They were flexible, helpful, informative, caring, and as someone with dental anxiety, it really made all the difference! I would recommend!

If I can give them 100 stars, I WOULD! I love them so so so much! I almost never leave reviews but they are so worth it! If I could recommend a dentist that is super friendly, welcoming, respectful, caring and passionate from the beginning to when you walk in, to the end, when you are all done with your service, THIS IS THE ONE! I had a procedures that took some hours and they offered to feed me, gave me a blanket because it was cold, and they let me take breaks In between. I have had many many bad experiences with dentists but NEVER this one. They are very attentive, caring, and truly care about the health of your teeth over money! They are really passionate and very professional. This is a great office and I will never leave them as long as they are here! Dr Ushy and Dr Lee are amazing and very knowledgeable, the hygienist Maribel is very sweet and very gentle, the front office staff and dental assistants are fantastic and I hope that you all have much success!
