My personal opinion is that this business operates very unprofessionally. I called at 7:59 PM to ask if there was availability for two people. We arrived at approximately 8:10 PM, which is reflected on my bank statement, fully aware that they were closing soon and assuming we would be their last clients of the evening. Upon arrival, no one was at the front entrance, and the employee seemed surprised that our appointment was for two people. We were initially led to a couples room, and my partner was then brought in separately. We were simply told to place our belongings on a chair. Since it was our first time visiting, we were unfamiliar with their process and ended up standing near the massage tables unsure of what to do. What made the experience particularly uncomfortable was when one of the employees told me she needed to leave for a party and wanted to get started right away. I found this very unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expected the focus to be on providing the service we had booked, not on the employee’s personal plans. Throughout the massage, there were multiple interruptions. The staff frequently stopped and conversed with one another, which made it difficult to relax. It also did not feel as though we received the full hour of service that we paid for. My partner additionally mentioned that his massage therapist was switched twice during the session. At the end of the appointment, I was asked for a tip and whether I would be paying it in cash or by card. When I provided the tip, the employee appeared visibly disappointed and began speaking with the other employee, making me feel as though my tip was not sufficient. When I respectfully provided feedback about our experience, I was met with an attitude and was told, “You asked.” Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The lack of professionalism, frequent interruptions, and poor customer service left a negative impression. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business to others.

I have been several times, and the service was excellent, but today was not pleasant for me at all.

If I could give this place zero stars , I would. I treated my 75 year mom and myself to a pedicure. The older woman shouted out we had big feet, the girl that gave me my pedicure fell asleep, one nail was painted halfway and she yanked the toe holders off my feet. I paid over a $100 for poor service and still tipped them. Will never take my mom anywhere that will mistreat her again!

Absolutely awful 1. I paid for an hour and got 40 minutes 2. 30 minutes of it was a massage with a towel over me the entire time. She didn’t touch my skin. 3. They didn’t do my feet, arms or neck 4. Through a hot towel on my back which the bed had no blanket so all my hairs were standing. I was cold 5. The ad offered deep tissue and hot stones. I got an elbow to my back and a hot towel Ohhhhh and to top it off she climbed on the bed putting her private on my head to apparently to reach my waist. when she was reaching my waist just fine. This place is weird and honestly looks like brothel to me. They sell happy endings there. NEVER AGAIN and this was today 04/27/2024

Place was nicer than the workers... Bug for tip for doing a subpar job & also wanted to give me a handy for whatever price she was saying... (Couldnt Understand) She had a mustach first of off ewww. I was a legit customer when I said no it got awkward the last 15 minutes. I do not recommend.
