I paid extra for a custom message. The message should read “Steve for VP.” First issue, they clearly added this to an already existing cake. Second issue, we couldn’t spell out “for” ? Third issue, this order was placed two days ago. Y’all had time. Fourth issue, $60 for a “custom message” cake 😂 Editing to add the cake was crunchy and was clearly an old order.
Cookie cake itself was great however please stop training your employees to harass customers for reviews. I ordered ahead and pulled in to pick up the cake and leave. It was down pouring rain. I left my phone in my car. As I was about to leave with my cake, employee said I had to scan the QR code for a review. I asked her if it was necessary since I left my phone in the car. She insisted. I asked her if it was for a google review, cus I could easily leave a positive review after by just googling it myself. She said it had to be with the QR code and then insisted to follow me to my car in the rain with the giant acrylic QR code. I told her don’t bother, it’s raining, I’ll go get my phone myself. I went back into the down pour of rain to get my phone and scan the code, and guess what? It was in fact a link for a google review. So, here’s that review. Congrats.
The cookies here are amazing! The staff are friendly and accommodating, especially Miss Tracy. I'll definitely be coming back again.
