Thanks to Rose at Great Clips (Shadow Creek)! She was very kind and professional! I love the atmosphere at this location. The stylists are always very friendly and they do a great job cutting my short hair. I go back every four to five weeks! It is always so clean with pleasant music that is not too loud. They all work together as a team. I love Ms Chris, too!

2nd time I've been to this great clips. Since I travel for work, sometime I have to get a haircut. I went here before the gentleman that cut my hair was nice , but I don't think he really listens in how I like my hair. After he was done, it was not what I expected. But wasn't the worst. And hair grows back. This time the young lady that cut my hair , again I told her how I like it and that the last time the gentleman I don't think heard me. But that I did not want to have the the look of a mushroom head short on sides and back and lots on top. But that's what I got, cause when I got to the motel and showered that's what I ended up with. Did not see it as much when I was there because of the ggel she put in my hair. Don't think I will be going back to this place. I will wait, and go to the one at home. Thank goodness hair grows back and mine grows pretty fast. All good I don't worry about the small stuff. But listen to your customer, and make sure your doing it as well as you can. And as they request.

I accompanied my partner to donate her hair today, and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. She called to obtain details about hair donation, and was told she needed at least 12 inches of hair to donate. The full length to be cut was decided in person at the salon but an additional 3 inches were cut. For something as significant as donating your hair, there should be clear communication every step of the way. By the end of the appointment, her hair was much shorter than she expected, and the cut was uneven. I understand that hair donation appointments often come with a complimentary haircut, but that shouldn't mean the quality of the cut is overlooked. The least the stylist could have done was make sure it was even. While we appreciate salons that support charitable hair donations, the quality of the haircut and overall customer experience did not meet our expectations. I'm hoping this feedback gets to upper management and they are able to encourage better communication and customer service for future clients.

I walked in on Father's Day with a jacked up pixie cut and I met a young lady by the name of Mrs Kelly, her customer service was phenomenal and the cut was everything. For the 20 minutes of time that we spent together I felt like she gave me the best experience and advice on training my hair. Thank you Kelly for letting me trust you 🤣🤣🤣
