First and last time at this location. I sat in the waiting area for a few minutes until someone realized I was even there. The place was empty. A second customer comes in and the lady completely ignores me. My name was on the screen and I had previously checked in already. After speaking up, she asked me for my address which I was not comfortable sharing with her. Proceeding to the haircut; she drenched my hair in water, takes about 10minutes of her time to actually cut, doesn't even use clippers and starts creating layers, blow dries it for literally 10seconds, probably less, and proceeds to advertise me a product I didn't want. Other than that, she did not attempt any small talk. I never had such an odd experience before.
Gina, gave me a terrible haircut. I think that’s her name I’ve tried to block the entire experience from my memory. However, this tragic haircut lasted since September as I’ve had to let parts of grow out. Sadly I didn’t take any pics.
I’ve had three downright disturbing experiences at this great clips. A fist fight , the salon being closed mid-day for “some sort of emergency “ and tonight I walked in to find the stylist washing her own hair while I sat in the waiting area. I was the only one in the salon and she acted like I wasn’t even there while she took care of her own. I eventually was downright freaked out by the whole event and just walked out but not before the stylist yelling out to me to give her another few minutes and she would be sit me down for a haircut. I’d give this place negative stars if possible. Absolutely positively under all circumstances stay away from this place
Went in just to get my son's hair cut. Me and my bestie ended up getting trims as well. Nicole was a joy to work with. She's good with people, and hair!!! We all loved what we got and I wasn't even sure about going to this place. Me and my friend have curly hair and Nicole had them looking amazing & healthy in no time. It's always so hard to find someone who is good with curls so I will be going here as long as Nicole is available. Especially because she is good with kids too. She had the whole family looking sharp
