Sign in to reviewCaitlin did an incredible job cutting and dying my hair. I showed her pictures and she paid attention to so many details that I would have missed making my hair dreams come true ! Caitlin and GiGi always cut my little ones hair so after months of seeing their meticulous attention to detail I was so happy to trust them with my hair. I recommend them to everyone ! I asked Kaitlyn for a haircut that would help make my hair look full and specifically not a V-cut, but more of a straight/U shape. I also wanted a combination of curtain bangs and see-through bangs. I had gone to another salon in the South Bay where they cut my bangs unevenly and way too short. Kaitlyn was so transparent and let me know that because some sections were still short, it would be difficult to achieve the exact curtain-bang look from the inspo photo I showed her. (Spoiler: she did absolutely amazing and saved my bangs!) Kaitlyn took my ambiguous descriptions and my wonky bangs and delivered exactly what I wanted. Saying I’m in LOVE is an understatement. I love how my hair looks from the back in this photo :) (Disclaimer: I ruffled my hair before taking this because I like the messier layered look!) Every penny was worth it. The price was more than fair, especially considering the time, transparency, and attention to detail Kaitlyn put into fixing my previous haircut.
Was super super happy with my experience here, especially with Katelin. I had stopped by a few days before just passing by and had some questions. They were super helpful and brought out color choices and so on. Spent a good 4 hours the day of my appt. with them. They were funny, friendly, professional and even bought be a Veggie wrap while I was waiting. Nice way to spend my Sat. Will be back for sure! And I love my red hair with purple highlights. I've already had so many compliments!
We were able to get a same day appointment for my daughter for a cut and pink in the front. My daughter has a very clear idea of what she wants and this came out perfectly. They also had a lot of patience with her which was wonderful.
Kaitlin is AMAZING!!! Found this place on a whim and was able to schedule the day before for a transformational cut for my child. Kaitlin nailed the inverted bob and also the partial highlights to accentuate. While color was settling, I was also able to see how talented Kaitlin was with her men’s haircuts. She executed each one with precision and everyone left so pleased with their cut. Do not hesitate! Kaitlin is an absolute gem at GreatKutz. Reasonable prices, great location, friendly staff and warm environment. Will definitely be back again!
