Rich was an amazing travel agent!! He helped us pick our all inclusive destination, as he listened to all of our wants and needs. Our Caribbean resort, El Dorado Maroma, was a dream!! Rich took care of everything!! We are definitely sold and will be using the Greenway TravelGroup-Dream Vacations again!!

Rich Greenway of Greenway Travel Group arranged an amazing trip to Paris France for us. I supplied out ‘must see’ items and he came through with each, plus some exciting additions. We stayed actively engaged, yet had adequate relaxation time. Tour guides were informative and professional.

With such a great vacation and such a great itinerary, it's hard to know where to begin, so I will begin at the beginning. As with most international fights, the day can be long and exhausting. Flying into Marco Polo in Venice, Italy is in itself concerning because you have to take a shuttle to get to any sort of transportation that will take you outside the city. My wife, who has never traveled outside the U.S. had expressed a concern that with 2 weeks' worth of luggage in tow, we would have to take a shuttle to the train station, and a train to the next depot, and transfer a couple times along the way. This was not appealing and not the way to start a trip. After we had gathered our luggage and headed out to face the unknown, to our amazement and pleasant surprise, Rich at Greenway Travel Group had secured a private driver for us. Not only was the driver standing outside to door holding a sign with our names on it, but he loaded us up, gave us a refreshment and took us to the front door of our final destination. Rich knew the transportation, transfers, and dragging luggage was a concern and made sure it was one less thing for us to worry about. We can't say thanks enough! I have said it before, but this is the detail, exceptional service, and attention to the little things that have made us a lifelong customer at Greenway Travel Group. The vacation, cruise ship, amenities, ports, staff, every piece of our vacation was exceptional. Rich mapped out our stays before and after, booked reservations at local restaurants, hotels, gave us information and locations on getting tickets for city tours, and so much more. When Rich and Greenway Travel Group say they are a full-service travel partner, those are not just words. Rich was great at checking in on a regular basis, wanted pictures, updates, and personal reviews for his future customers as well. Every time we spoke, text, or emailed, his question never changed - "Is there anything else I can do you make you vacation even better?" What a great vacation and a great travel agent!

Rich is absolutely fantastic. He has planned my anniversary trip and the honeymoon for my oldest. Every time he makes sure the trip is an absolute success!!!
