I have a 2012 Honda Odyssey and needed to get the timing belt replaced. They did a thorough inspection of the car and let me know what other things I should be planning for going forward. There was an issue with the first parts they used to replace the belt. I was notified promptly. They helped me get to and from the shop. My timing belt got replaced and everyone I talked to was great. I will be coming back for future work.

I had my power steering rack replaced here recently. Parker and Sean were both very professional and quick/kind in setting up service and making sure I had a free examination of my vehicles issues before scheduling repairs. The cost was right there in the exact range my close and trusted family mechanic said I would have to pay. Upon receiving my vehicle back I heard a new noise coming from the engine bay as I was driving away and I immediately turned around and went back in. Admittedly I was rude, frustrated and short with them. With a lot going on in my life that week I was kinda at the end of my rope and just wanted to be done with fixing my car! I definitely spoke more harshly than I should have as I came in to inform them of the new sound. I apologize for not being kinder and taking that moment in my day to ask myself: is this really a reason to put negativity out there in the world? We all benefit from stopping ourselves when we feel angry and asking this foundational question. They immediately had me take a test drive around the block to show them the sound and were able to get the car back on the rack and seat a grommet that had come loose during the repair - which resolved the sound. I will say that they remained kind courteous and professional even when dealing with a stressed out mama! I appreciate the service and attitude of their service professionals at the front who by default represent their establishment. Good job and thank you

Great first time experience. Shawn, the front desk was super helpful, they had my car in and out in about an hour for an oil change. They were super busy but were still prompt. I've been using Greg's Japanese Auto for 20 years at the FW …
