⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve now taken my car to Greg’s Japanese Auto twice within the past week, and I’ve been very impressed with their customer service, promptness, fair pricing, and convenient location. They take the time to explain what needs attention without any pressure, and their estimates seem very reasonable. I appreciate that they’re willing to have me bring my car back in a few days for a more thorough inspection so they can identify anything else it may need and provide a more accurate estimate and repair timeline. That level of honesty and attention to detail gives me confidence in their work. Alex and Zach are both wonderful to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It’s reassuring to find a shop that genuinely cares about helping customers make informed decisions. I highly recommend Greg’s Japanese Auto to anyone looking for trustworthy service for their vehicle.

Amazing service! When no Toyota dealership could be even bothered to talk to me over the phone about my repair, Zack at Greg's was there. He was personable, helpful, and patient. I had a great experience with Greg's Auto Shop and wanted to specifically thank Zack for his help. I recently ran into an issue with sludge buildup in my windshield washer fluid system on a nearly new car with only about 7,000 miles. Naturally, I was pretty concerned and reached out to my dealership for guidance. Unfortunately, they weren't able to help and I left the conversation feeling frustrated and without any real direction on what to do next. After calling around, I got in touch with Zack at Greg's Auto Shop. From the very beginning, he was willing to listen, understand the situation, and point me in the right direction. When I stopped by the shop, he took the time to explain what was likely going on and provided honest, helpful guidance without making me feel rushed or dismissed. What stood out most was the level of customer service and genuine willingness to help. It's rare to find someone who takes the time to assist you simply because they care about helping a customer and making sure they have the information they need. Based on this experience, I'll definitely be coming back to Greg's Auto Shop for future oil changes and any other automotive needs that come up. Strong avoid. Had steering issues with my vehicle. They would makes guesses and fix random things, tell me the problem was resolved, but it wasn't. Took it to another Sun Auto shop down the road (Jeff's). At least they fixed some issues …
