With a 3.8 rating from 53 reviews, prospective customers can use those experiences as a starting point for an informed conversation before authorizing work.

For the best experience, Dallas customers may want to confirm what the diagnostic fee covers, what inspections will be performed, and whether an estimate includes labor, parts, and any potential additional charges. It can also help to ask how updates will be shared, what repair steps are recommended, and when payment is due. These practical details are especially important when a vehicle requires a more involved repair or when the original issue may have multiple possible causes.

Whether you need assistance with brakes, a battery, or a vehicle diagnosis, Guerrero Mobile Mechanics in Dallas, Texas may be a convenient option to consider based on its extended hours and mobile-service focus. Clear communication before repairs begin can help customers compare options, understand the proposed work, and choose the service path that fits their vehicle and budget.

I paid over 1K. Initially paying 100 for a diagnostic. He fixed what I thought needed to be fixed I asked about the diagnostic and if checked everything that it may have been. He admitted he did not because he went based on what I said. I'm not a mechanic. I was told by the office that I rode my car around the corner and it was all good so this is a new issue, but I paid for a 90 day warranty. The initial issue was my check engine light. It was unresolved. I asked for a refund on labor so I could get it fixed. They accused me of not keeping up with my car but I had not worked since January through April, and only went to the grocery store. My check Engine light came on a week ago and my maintenance is documented with the Mercedes Benz dealership. The mechanic they sent is in Benz School but they advertised certified mechanics. Anytime the guy didn't know what was going on he sent me texts that he had to go to his school and talk to his instructors. Me and my daughter have been stuck in the house for 5 days. When I came out to bring the mechanic water he left my garage door up, keys in the car which was a safety issue for me and my child. The next day he said he would be there by 10:00 am he didn't show until 1 PM causing me to miss a family event. I went out to provide water and his girlfriend was working on my car. When I told him I was going to report him he said not to contact him and that I was harassing him. He showed up toy home with a Benz cap and shirt claiming he worked for the company and later saying he was going to school. When I expressed this all to the company they said I drove the car around the corner and said it was good and it's a new issue. I brought up the warranty and they hung up one. They sent out another mechanic who essentially tried to say the same things and said he would get back to me with no date provided.

They actually were able to fix my car.... But it was still a very bad experience. They have some AI / virtual assistant when you call. You CANNOT get someone on the phone once you pay. After that, you're completely at their mercy. I must have called 20 times after they tried charging me more for the part than what we agreed and couldn't get through to anyone. No voicemail, no option to call back, no queue, no way to get to anyone. They did fix my car in the end, but if you have time, you should probably exhaust all other options. My advice to the company: provide some way for people to contact you. No one likes that feeling of having an issue and not being able to get ahold of anyone or having the price jacked up when everything had already been agreed to. You can do better than that.

My experience with Guerrero Mobile Mechanics has been extremely frustrating. I initially paid $100 for a diagnosis and later paid $1,474.31 for repairs. I was then asked to pay an additional $732, which I paid. After receiving payment, the mechanic removed the transmission, driveshaft, and clutch from my 1991 Mazda B2300 pickup truck and left the vehicle partially disassembled in my driveway. The truck remains inoperable, the work has not been completed, and my keys have not been returned to me. I have made numerous phone calls, text messages, and attempts to contact the company to resolve this matter. Despite these efforts, I have not received a response or a clear explanation regarding when the repairs will be completed or when my keys will be returned. This review reflects my personal experience. I encourage anyone considering this company to carefully document all communications, payments, and agreements before proceeding with any repair work.

I have engaged their services on two separate occasions: once for brake repairs and once for a battery replacement. In each case, the service rendered was dependable and reasonably priced. The dispatcher was polite and kept me updated regarding the schedule. The mechanic exhibited professionalism and displayed respect.

I called with a straight forward question “how much is the labor to put on brakes that I already have?” I was told to pay for a diagnostic test 🤷🏽‍♀️ when I restated my need, I was told it’s too small of a job and to call my local mechanic. This company is not what it advertised. It clearly lists brakes in its services offered. And there is no need to diagnose on that.
