Bizarrely terrible experience. Came in and the bad smell was overwhelming. I was told that the person I had an appointment with was not there and no one had heard from him. He showed up 20 mins late, needed 15 mins to "get ready" and then when I finally sat down with him he told me he couldn't do my fairly straightforward taxes and I would need a different appointment with a "specialist" despite the fact that I had answered many questions about my taxes in order to make this appointment. It was so bad of an experience that it felt like it had to be a dream or something.
