We came to Seattle for a Candlelight Concert at the library and decided to stop by Haidilao — what a treat! The kids absolutely loved the cat robot delivering food. It made the whole experience so fun and memorable for them. We ordered the double-sided pot with tomato soup and spicy broth, which was the perfect combination for our family. The tomato base was rich and comforting, while the spicy soup had just the right kick. The vegetables were fresh, and the beautifully sliced beef was a hit with everyone. We also appreciated the seasonal fruit buffet at the end — such a refreshing touch. Most of all, the waitstaff Tony was incredibly courteous and attentive. The service truly stood out. We’ll definitely be coming back, hopefully with a bigger group next time!
Food was good as always! Raye at Haidilao was honestly so great. She was super friendly and made us feel really comfortable right away. She checked in on us at the perfect times and made sure everything was good without being too much. You can tell she actually cares about giving good service. Definitely made the whole experience better! Recommend this location for yummy food and great service ❤️
Stopped here for dinner. It was a first time for Chinese hot pot. We did a combo of 4 broths, seafood, beef sirloin, and assorted veggies. It a fun novelty with cooking your own food, but I didn’t think the beef quality was that great. I don’t think I’d go again because it was almost $200 for 2 people

Had a fun experience at Haidilao Hot Pot in Seattle! The robot servers were a cool touch and made the whole visit feel unique. Service overall was great. The food was fresh, and the hot pot options were tasty with lots of variety to choose from. Definitely a good spot if you’re looking for something a little different with solid quality.
