I have recommended her to serveral friends and family members and they all love how patient she is and the fact that she is a great listener and she knows her stuff and is not afraid to try something new!
She has been doing my hair for the past few years now. Stephanie helps me pick the right products for my extremely curly and used to be dry hair. She transformed my hair! She not only listened to what I wanted, but she educated me on what she planned on doing and what I needed to do at home to keep up with my hair since I'm new to color without overwhelming me. Another hair dresser turned a Balayage appiontment into the most awful color and globs of it from my scalp down. My hair was damaged and brittle, and it didn't look like a natural color you would find on ANYONE'S hair. She let me come in for a late appiotment and stayed for hours doing what he should have done. Not only did she give me an amazing haircut, but she took the time to do a nourishing treatment on my hair that brought it back to life, and added a toner to make it perfect. I came to her in a panic, and now I'm obssessed with my hair! It's perfect! I needed someone to do my hair, but I really needed someone to take the time to explain how I can take care of my hair.
