Halina cuts & colors my hair — when I started seeing her my hair had a lot of damage but thankfully she nourished my hair back to life and has been taking the best care of my hair since. I really can’t say enough about her skills, knowledge and experience! Halina is also incredibly sweet and welcoming so I enjoy my time spent there almost as much as I love my hair! The products she uses are great and help keep my hair looking healthy and shiny in between apt’s. Halina also does my daughters’ hair (ages 8 & 5) and they just adore her ♥️ Their hair always looks great, of course, and usually the only problem is that they don’t want to leave. It’s not every day you find a gem like Halina. If you’re new in town or looking for a new stylist then I highly recommend booking with Hair by Halina.
If you’re in need of a haircut, Halina is the one to go see! I have been a client of Halina’s for many years (my mom has been a client for even longer) because she’s fantastic at what she does. Halina has cut, shaped, and dyed my hair in many ways, and has always provided great suggestions for haircare. Even if you don’t live in the Poway area, Halina is worth the drive — and she’s even available on Saturdays for us busy people!

Halina has been the exclusive hair stylist for me and my husband since 1988. She also styled our boys’ hair while they were teenagers. I have total confidence in her each time as she creates a new cut or color, while considering my needs based on my changing lifestyles over the years. I wouldn’t keep coming back every month for over 30 years if I wasn’t happy or comfortable each time she was done. We have become very good friends and tell each other everything!
