Hair House ATX

I’ve been seeing Katie at Hair House ATX, and I seriously can’t recommend her enough. I always get the luxury haircut with the deep conditioning treatment, and every single time I leave feeling so beautiful. She really listens to what I’m asking for and somehow makes it even better than I imagined. My hair always feels so healthy, the cut grows out beautifully, and she absolutely nails it every time. On top of being incredibly talented, Katie is just the sweetest human. She makes every appointment feel so relaxing and fun, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I had to get my extensions washed and hair blown out as soon as my flight landed in Austin. Hair House was the perfect place to kick off my weekend! Artierose was so friendly and funny. I’ve never enjoyed a conversation with a hairstylist more in my life! I truly enjoyed every minute of this appointment. She took time to really wash all of my hair and extensions. I also loved her time and dedication to getting all of the extensions dry. I feel so much more fabulous. Thank you Artierose!!!!

I don’t know what to think of this place. This place was highly recommended, and all the great reviews….. But a properly done “balayage “ should never look this stripy. I also asked for “no brassy” but I can’t stop seeing anything other than brassy. And the cut was supposed to be just past my shoulder, but I feel like I’m missing half my hair on my head. It’s been a while since I had it this chopped up. While I was running 20min late due to work, I called to make sure they had enough time to work on my hair. Else, I was happy to reschedule as I don’t believe in rushing when getting your hair done. I don’t think it was rushed and the stylist was very nice and pleasant, but it just did not turn out as great as I thought it would be especially at their price point.

Madi is the best! I had such an amazing experience. The transformation is absolutely fantastic and I’m in love with my hair! The salon is beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend! ✨

I got full highlights and a blowout from Erick and OMG I am so obsessed. He did so good on the color!! As some with virgin hair that’s jet black, I wanted something lighter and brunette and Erick understood the assignment! The color turned out perfect and the highlight distribution was exactly what I was looking for! He’s also the sweetest and was so fun to sit with for the 4 hour session. I highly highly recommend you book with Erick if you’re looking for a fun brunette color, he’s so talented and priced so well!
