They cut hair great, but good luck getting someone to spend time with you over the phone. I called twice - once to get a quote to have my daughter's hair done for prom. Lady who answered the phone said she was busy. Second time, I called a few months later to schedule an appointment for myself and was told the same thing. Customer service is not the greatest, which is unfortunate because they cut hair really good.
I love it here! The owner/stylist is great! Just show her a picture of what you want, and she will give you the exact same haircut!
My wife and I took her 85 year old mother to get her hair cut at the one at Ingram Mall. I asked the gentleman who took our names down if he can do an elderly woman's Hair cut he said yes. My mother in law besides being 85, she is also wheelchair bound due to a stroke she had years ago. She speaks very softly so my wife speaks for her. The male stylist was having a hard time understanding my mother in law or my wife...after a while he stops and asks a female stylist to take over cause he couldn't understand...he tells her " come take over cause I don't speak Spanish..." Uh what, we are speaking English...he then runs to the back and leaves her sitting there with her hair cut unfinished. The other young lady takes over and finished the hair cut. This male stylist, whom I did not get his name was the most unprofessional stylist we have ever encountered. The other 2 stylist apologized and indicated that he gets nervous....No excuse! She mentioned that she will report the guy but we doubt it. We will never visit there again.
