I was so disappointed with the level of rudeness and lack of professionalism that I received. The woman who answered the phone was rude. I began with saying “hi”. She cut me off, mid sentence, and insisted that I tell her “Good morning “. Secondly, the address for the Sugar Land location is not open despite being advertised as open. It is under construction. The actual building address I was eventually given is in Alief near a pocket of high crime. Also, they do not provide 24 hours service. I was given the wrong address, sent an invoice before I could clarify my appointment. The stylist only communicated via text and insisted I provide my email address before she would book my appointment. Don’t believe the hype on social media about 24 hour service. More likely you will be told no Stylest is available. High prices for poor quality service. Price is not my issue but the lack of quality customer service is my concern. After I posted this review, the owner texted me several times. Each time she admonished me and laid the blame for the lack of professionalism on me. She implied that I couldn’t follow instructions. She also went to my business on Google and wrote false statements.Our office manager and I have no record of any contact nor does our IT manager. Sadly, this owner texted me repeatedly accusing me of a missed appointment. In fact, I didn’t miss an appointment, I tried to clarify the location. The ads on social media are misleading and the customer service is terrible. Walk ins are not welcomed. I tried and I was met with locked doors and a rude reception over the phone. To add insult to injuries she threw shade on me because I wanted a traditional sew-in. I bear no shame for wearing a sew-in. I stand firm on this review. The customer service is extremely poor. Beware of this owner and her passive aggressive behavior. Read what other unhappy customers have said before you go.

Joyce is truly the best hairstylist! This is my third time going to her, and I absolutely love my hair every single time. She does an amazing job and always exceeds my expectations. Even though I live in Conroe and have to drive quite a distance to get to her salon, it’s 100% worth it. I’ll definitely keep coming back she’s incredible!

I had the pleasure of getting my hair done at Hair Tyme on very short notice, and Joy was able to work with me! Accommodated the boy, taking the time to listen to my preferences and providing the exact style I wanted. The attention to detail and expertise showed in the final result. They’re amazing ! Great customer service . They’re all friendly and polite! Very welcoming and skilled at what they do. They take their time but not all day, and handle your head with care in the most effective way to deliver your style exactly how you want it in pristine condition!
