Sending stuffs for my best friend few months ago, I was told to wait around 7-10 days, but received after 13 days which were fine as Vietnamese customs worked strictly on goods from outside the country (been sending stuffs for years so understandable as long as the goods are undamaged). Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely comeback for other service! Please noted that this store much better than the one inside Hiep Thai market!
Seriously over promise under deliver. Package is almost a month and still nothing and they kept saying it was in Hanoi. That was a week again. Why don't rush and ship to the location since you guys were already late. This is unacceptable!!!!! Seem like there is no communication between here and in Vietnam to deliver the message that I tired to ask 3 times. I asked please test me the process since you guys are already late. They always said ok and never do anything. The other place I went to is always on time. I chose this for convient but will never come back here again

Been with this shipping services for years. Their first location is in Garland by Hong Kong Market. This location is their 2nd. Very reliable and fast shipping time. Best rate in town for both shipping items and sending money to Viet Nam.
