Happy Dental

I needed a difficult tooth extracted. The tooth had broken in half underneath a poorly executed crown I received from a different dentist. I was afraid I would just be given a referral to an oral surgeon, but the doctor at Happy Dental extracted my tooth like a pro! After the tooth was extracted they did another x-ray to make sure no broken pieces were left in the gum. They also honored my appointment time. I was taken back so fast I didn't even have time to finish my paperwork in the waiting room. It was the fastest trip I've ever had to the dentist! I had to go back a few weeks later because my gum opened up on the side exposing some jagged bone. The doctor fixed it fast and easy. I'm really thankful they are open on Saturdays. The doctor is super busy bouncing back and forth between many patients but he still does a very good job.The entire staff is very friendly. I especially like the black lady at the front desk. She's very knowledgeable, helpful, reassuring and kind.

FIRST TIME HERE: They were super thorough and transparent about the whole process through the billing and what exactly they were going to do on my mom. The employer there named Ashley even took some time with me to go over the billing and to explain certain things about what my mom needed to be done. Very grateful for her because I’m new to all of this stuff. But just the fact that she was patient with all my questions and was willing to explain was a HUGE blessing! Overall, had a blessed experience and grateful that this is my moms dentist :)

Worst dental experience of my life. I've been here a handful of times but whoever the new doctor this most recent visit was new to me. He made me wait 2.5 hours before getting called back. I wasn't numbed sufficiently, even though I mentioned this, he continued. Pulled the tooth as I screamed loud enough the office could hear. I can handle a tremendous amount of pain, this is up there as some of the worst. His words after were "just like having another baby." Then he walked away. I'll never go back there. I don't expect much from the dentists here but , I was just shocked, to say the least, at how bad he was. But he made sure he showed me pics of him taking his kids out.

I dont recommend this place. My husband and i both came here and was not happy with the results. My husband has it worse. He came in for a examination. They said, he needed a root canal, we trust the professional and did the procedures they …

I have been going to this place for half a year. The staff here is super pleasant and the dentist are very patient and explain everything. I have government assisted insurance and was fully covered for my new dentures that I'm getting. And they look absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody that needs to get a full set. They took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and they were patient with my fittings.
