It is an option for people looking for foot-focused relaxation or reflexology in the city, including local workers, visitors, and couples seeking time to unwind. The experiences shared are varied, so prospective guests may find it useful to communicate their comfort level and preferences clearly before and during a session.
Several reviewers praise the care they received. One customer described Peter as skilled at recognizing where stronger pressure was appropriate and where a gentler touch was needed, despite a language barrier. Another couple visited on a Sunday evening, did not have to wait, and appreciated a 90-minute foot massage from John and Lisa. That review also noted comfortable seats, a clean-looking spa, and effective attention to pressure points. A restaurant worker praised a reflexology session with John for its deep, intentional approach. These comments suggest that guests seeking focused foot massage and adjustable pressure may find the experience especially appealing.
Feedback is not uniformly positive, and comfort and service expectations matter. One returning customer reported that pressure felt too hard even after asking for it to be reduced, and described massage positions that caused pain and made them uncomfortable. Another reviewer found the massage mediocre, questioned the cleanliness of the environment, and was surprised by a front desk request for a set gratuity amount. A separate guest mentioned that the air conditioner could be loud when it turned on. These are individual reports rather than guarantees of what every visit will be like, but they are useful context when deciding whether Happy Feet Spa fits your preferences. Guests can ask about pressure, boundaries, and gratuity before beginning.

The man who did for me very good. He knows what he supposed to do. Where need more pressure and where need to be gentle. Good experience. His name is Peter. I barely speaks English. But he is good ! Only thing kinda annoying me is the AC. Every time it turns on is very loud.
My partner and I went to Happy Feet on a Sunday evening, and we were not disappointed. We did not have to wait, and John and Lisa were the therapists for our 90-mn foot massage. The seats were so comfortable and the spa looked very clean. Great use of pressure points. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect massage. Thank you, Lisa and John.
This was THE BEST reflexology service I’ve received! As a restaurant worker, the need for deep, intentional care is dire. John exceeded my expectations and made sure I will be back! I am so grateful to have found Happy Feet, Boston. Thank you ❤️
I’m a retuning customer and I loved this spot. Today I had a horrible experience! Twice I had to tell John about the pressure was too hard! He also was doing massage positions that had me in pain. I also became uncomfortable when he was massaging my butt area numerous time. I had told him that I didn’t like the massages he was doing and to stop. He went to massage again and still going towards my butt area and I discontinued the whole service. Happy the service was close to the end already. When I was checking out, I decided to give him lower than a 20% tip because I didn't like the service. I usually tip them more than 20% because the total price is cheap. He insisted I give him 20% and I told him I come there very often and never knew of that rule. I was very upset with John service! I recommend this place to others and now I’m scared to do so after this experience, hoping they don’t get him!
The massage was mediocre. The environment did not feel clean. What i was most surprised about is the front desk demanded a tip and required a set amount for gratuity. I have never experienced that before.
