Sign in to reviewThe massage was pretty good at the start but then new customers keep on coming and the masseuse had to go back and forth. I paid $45 for an hour massage today but got 30 min at best. Usually I don’t mind since I peacefully nap during the entire process but I kept waking up due to the constant chatter. There’s not an enough staff so the experience was pretty bad. I probably will stick to my normal spot in garden grove
I went in there for a half hour massage which was $35 and I even added a $20 tip to these ungrateful people, then as I am receiving the massage, I got a text on my phone, from my bank, as I always get from all transactions, and it showed that they also ran my debit card for another $650.01!!! That’s six hundred and fifty dollars and one cent! So I jumped up and confronted the two ladies that work there. Their very first reaction was telling me to “get out” with a very rude hand gesture. Then I calmly just looked at them and shook my head and as I was about to leave one of them came at me and grabbed my hand and pulled me back in and used a phone translator to tell me that it was an accident and they will pay me back. So I went back in and sat down and waited and waited until they jerked me around for about a whole hour… the entire time calling someone on the phone and speaking in Chinese. Finally after about one hour I got up and left. This happened on the 7th of May 2026. So be advised, in these kinds of places, the last thing you want to do is to give them your credit card or debit card. They are of no status here, so they act like they got nothing to lose.
I was there yesterday. They told me over the phone that a 60 minutes full body massage will be $40. When I get there it was $45. The skinny lady started to massage me, it was not a massage but rolling her hands. I kept telling her I want my legs and back to be massage but she kept on massaging my shoulders. She doesn’t want to massage what I want but she kept on doing her way. It got so frustrating that I left after 10 minutes. I will never go there and let everyone know to stay away from happy happy massage.
Massage itself is not too bad,but the price is good. Be careful,the sign outside may say 25$ for a one hour full body massage,but read the tiny print on the right corner of the sign that states " package price" The correct non package cost is 30 which isn't to bad. The only dislike I had was the masseuse was waiting outside the room after I got dressed and the first and only word out of her mouth was "Tip" Sure you tip but dang they seem pretty hard up. Won't visit again after the confusion in regards to the price of the massage.
I got a massage with my friend tonight. My masseuse was good but the lady that massaged my friend didn't give her a very good massage and she was very rude. After she tipped her, she said the tip wasn't good enough and didn't stop complaining about it. She demanded a bigger tip. How ungrateful and disrespectful to complain about a tip right to a customer's face. That employee needs to learn some manners. Never coming back.
