My experience was awhile back the reason i'm here today is because they keep sending me messages to go in for cleaning. I'm pretty sure I had unsubscribed from their messages already but I didn't again today. Anyway, I went in twice for myself the service was not that bad so I took my family for a cleaning. Not sure if at that time the dental hygienist who worked there was new and if he still works there today but we NEVER went back! The dental hygienist was extremely rough on the cleaning. He hurt EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US. My youngest son who sat still cried and the hygienist was mad. My husband and I are pain tolerant and even my husband hated the way he stabbed him. He also got a mouth infection because of the rough cleaning and hurted for days. Good luck to anyone that goes there for a cleaning. By the way 5 star reviews used to be, not sure if they still are, gift incentive just so you know.

I am no longer a patient here, as you shouldn’t choose this practice. These are the reasons why and the “red flags!” To start, I initially contacted this place for a cleaning. I was asked if I was a self-pay or insured. I was insured, and I am still. The cleaning was subpar, but afterwards the “doctor” propositioned braces, I’ve had braces before as a young adult. States that my insurance would cover them and actually put them on the very day. Well, not him but his associates. I also had a concern about installing two implants. Of course he agreed to that (more money). The problems didn’t arise immediately although a few of my friends were highly unsatisfied with his services and opted to find an actual orthodontist with professionalism and the actual expertise to correct bites, alignments, etc. One particular friend literally had to debate and argue with this dentist because although she was seeing him for months, after about four SHE HERSELF noticed that one of her brackets were placed upside down and even though “doctor” looked at her mouth every single month, he never observed this, or maybe he did- who knows. To get it removed and placed correctly was a hassle. She left, I stayed. He is very hard to communicate with, he isn’t thorough and not willing to inform his patients of procedures, or provide knowledge about the process in general. Just comes in, “say aaah”, “smile” and exits. If you ask questions, he’s very basic, flustered and annoyed most times. You can tell he prefers his customers just to come in, aaah, smile and leave. I’m very much an adult, I need information, I’m curious, I’d like to feel informed and safe about my treatment. He hates questions. He argues. He gets overly upset as if this is a personal situation. He always seems to be under some type of something, always frustrated, always combative. In the end, he maxed out my ortho benefits and left me with an outstanding bill considering I have to see an ACTUAL orthodontist and have them correct the shenanigans he did to my mouth. The last straw was when I went in and told him that I feel like my bite is off. One side of my upper was pushed in so to speak and the other was pushed out. Hopefully you understand- I’ll put in photos. I can feel it. My bite is so off that I now clench and grind my teeth excessively without even knowing. This affected my front two teeth. He wanted to argue about it. Told me I’m trying to do his job, he was VERY AGGRESSIVE and absolutely angry. I was tired. I’ve been tired of him and this establishment because it’s a complete money grab and it’s obvious. The good reviews could very well be from Starbucks gift cards they give patients in exchange for good reviews, I can’t think of why this many people would actually be pleased with this establishment. He has a new location and calls it “Manchester Dental”… same subpar services, same untrained, inexperienced employees. Same BS! Please stay far away from here if you know what’s best for you. This place cost me $5k, in addition to my benefits that were exhausted. Oh yea and he wanted me to get implants there. I agreed until I decided to read the reviews and saw patients having an abundance of issues with their implants. Furthermore, he wanted to install my implants before my alignment and bite was addressed. I don’t understand that. Just be AWARE, use your discernment when choosing whoever you choose to work on your mouth. This place is a sham! This doctor needs more training, a course on professionalism, and a reality check. Litigation will begin shortly and I will update my review as many times as I need to. AGAIN, stay safe.

This place is all about money at first I was liking it because they put me and my son braces on with a 100 dollar down payment and 100 for myself every month a 100 for my son every month I have other employees that have braces and recommended them which they all tell me they don’t pay anything for their kids or their braces every month because they sent them new clients as well I have sent them clients myself I called this month to ask can I skip payment this month and still come to me and my son appointment to get our braces tighten mind you I pay faithfully every month on time before time it’s Xmas I’m a single mother no help just bought a house he told the receptionist to tell me know I had to pay before my appt or I couldn’t come in this month! This place all about money money money no compassion no loyalty to their loyal clients and I just can’t do it anymore as soon as me and my son get these braces off i will be joining a new dentist office!!! When you have no compassion no loyalty to ppl who are loyal to you I can’t deal! Around the time Juneteenth holiday I had to a tooth that was bad I already paid harmony dental to fix they put the braces on before ever fixing the bad tooth so Juneteenth came around of course they are closed it was a federal holiday a Thursday the next day I’m calling calling calling no answer which was a Friday I had to find the quickest dentist in Pearland to do an extraction which was pearly whites in Pearland when these braces come off I will be taking my insurance to pearly whites they have their receptionist on call holidays weekends and all and will meet you at the office if something is wrong harmony dental Dr. Vo cares on about money and the insurance you have not your smile or teeth at all this place is a joke seriously!

Nice venue,very clean, clean restroom. The staff is friendly. Multiple ways to pay(cash,credit, insurance etc.) My wife got her braces adjusted here. My only issue is limited parking, but otherwise I definitely recommend this place.

Beware. Went to have procedure and spent more than $4k on my implant which ended up breaking when I went back to have it repaired the office staff notified me that there would be no coverage on the repair. The office staff then notified me that once I walk out the door with my implants that they assume no liability or warranty on the implants they install and that I would have to pay to have the whole procedure repeated again. I was very disappointed in there policy to offer no protection on the products/service they provide. That information should be given to patients before agreeing to accept a $4 thousand dollar implant procedure! **Also the implant screws they installed were from a foreign manufacturer which makes it harder to go to another dentists office to fix the implant 😠
