Sign in to reviewMy first visit to this establishment was extremely satisfying. The prices were reasonable, the place was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The masseuse was skilled, and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely come back next time!
This was my first time here. After an hour-long massage, my back and waist felt much more relaxed. The masseuse was excellent, the service was great, and everything was very clean and tidy. This was by far the best massage experience I’ve had in years, and I plan to come back again.
My boyfriend and I went to get massages here and it was not pleasant. We kept getting interrupted and when my boyfriend asked for stronger pressure the lady did not listen. He asked 4 times. It didn’t seem very clean or sanitary either. Will not be back.
I went in today after calling to confirm availability and was told I could come in about 15 mins later. When I arrived, the office was extremely dark and reeked of patchouli. I was told to pay up front for a 1hr massage. I'm used to paying after my service, but gave the receptionist my Amex gold card. The receptionist received an "invalid" error and told me "You have no money" and gave me back my card. I asked if they accepted American Express and she said yes, so I asked her to run it again. She got another error and instead of asking me if I had a Visa or another form of payment, she repeatedly told me again that I had no money. I couldn't read the error on the receipt because it was so dark inside so I left and went to Reflexology Spa a block away with MUCH better customer service. They also asked for payment up front but had no issues with the same gold card and I had a wonderful massage and was sure to give a big tip.
This place is a scam. I reserved for a one hour massage. Upon my arrival, she informed me with no explanation/apology that she only had 30 minutes but charged me for the full hour! Very unprofessional. Her cell phone was in the room and beeping. She never turned it off. Then, she expected a 40% tip after I asked her for change. Regarding the massage, it was below average. The whole experience was more stressful than relaxing.
