I had an excellent experience here at lens crafters the staff was very nice and helpful . Dr Jordene Ngo was beyond helpful and kind she went above and beyond for me . Don’t hesitate to come here for your eye exams she’s the best .
Very comprehensive exam, awesome equipment to test a range of eye issues. Very patient and knowledgeable in the field. I felt very comfortable and confident with the exam results.
Everyone was professional and kind. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained things well. I was frustrated with the selection of eyeglasses because they don't carry my favorite brand. Also the doctor gave my prescription to the sales person so I didn't feel like I could go anywhere else. So I settled for a pair that will be okay but certainly not excited about.
