Haru

I had such wonderful experience here. I had my hair done in Korea months prior with lots of root grown out but the result was very choppy and uneven brassy highlights along with my hair texture and density which made it very challenging for Haru and her team. During consultation, Haru listened to what I wanted and made suggestions so I trusted Haru to do what's best for my hair and and went with her recommendations. Haru and her team spent so much time and effort on my hair and the result was perfect. Haru is a perfectionist and very detail orientated and it shows in her craft, her staff was also so patient, attentive and kind. The end result was such a transformation, all my friends, sister, and husband complemented my hair! I'm so happy with the end results!

First time getting my hair colored here—took my hair from natural dark brown to this light pink. It was a long process (~9 hours), but the team was incredibly professional and detail-oriented the entire time. You can really tell they care about their craft—the color came out clean and even, and the cut added so much movement to the final look. I never felt rushed, and they paid attention to every step. I walked out genuinely happy with the result and would absolutely come back again.

I had such a great experience here! Yena did an amazing job with my haircut and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I wanted soft Korean-style layers that would still work with half-up hairstyles, and she understood exactly what I meant. The cut came out soft, airy, and so much easier to style. I also appreciated how honest and knowledgeable she was about hair health. She even taught me how to properly use my Dyson Airstrait and recommended products for my damaged hair. The salon experience itself felt so much more like salons in Japan/Korea compared to typical American salons. They washed my hair before the cut, included a relaxing scalp massage and treatment, used steam during the treatment, and even brought drinks and snacks. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I finally found my salon after three years of searching in Dallas — and it’s all thanks to Haru. I came in with seriously damaged hair: box-dyed for grays, bleached, and then permed at another salon that should never have permed hair that was already highlighted/bleached. My hair was fried. Haru knew exactly what she was doing. She patiently walked me through everything — the color correction, toning, repair process, cut, and styling — before we even started. The whole appointment took almost 7 hours, and through every step, Haru and the entire team were kind, patient, and explained what they were doing and why. The result is honestly the best my hair has looked in years — healthy, beautiful color, completely transformed.
