Masseuse did not look at message card they asked me to fill out. They just did whatever they wanted to do even after I asked mid massage to focus on problem area. They also only massage for 10 minutes on your actual feet for an hour foot massage. Not good quality at all. I mentioned this to the lady at the front desk and she just said “oh he probably didn’t read the card” and didn’t rectify at all. Not sure I’d visit again. They don’t pay attention to what’s requested. UPDATE: I am updating my review because since posting, the company reached out to me to rectify the situation by offering me a re-do massage. This time, I believe I had Henry and he was great. They were very attentive, accommodating, and much more relaxing this time. I Will definitely be back now. Thank you all for paying attention to your customers!
My husband treated me to a one-hour full body massage for Mother’s Day, and it was such a wonderful experience. It was my first time here, and I absolutely loved it. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the therapeutic oils made it even more calming — I almost fell asleep during the session. I also appreciated how they had me fill out a form beforehand and genuinely paid attention to my preferences. I requested medium pressure and was a little worried it might not be to my liking, but it turned out to be absolutely perfect. My massage therapist was delightful, and you could immediately tell she was very experienced. She paid close attention to the areas I specifically wanted to focus on, especially my back, and made sure to work on them thoroughly throughout the session. I also opted for the stretching add-on, and I’m so glad I did because I absolutely loved it. The entire experience felt thoughtful, professional, therapeutic, and truly relaxing. I’ll definitely be coming back.
