Health4life is a medical clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada, located at 8551 W Lake Mead Blvd #281, Las Vegas, NV 89128. For people looking for a local physician and a welcoming place to discuss their health, the clinic’s patient reviews offer a personal picture of the care experience. Several reviewers describe Dr. Alfreda as a primary care provider who listens, treats patients as individuals, and works with them. Those comments point to a practice where respectful conversation and a familiar relationship with the care team matter alongside the appointment itself.
Patients often single out Dr. Alfreda’s manner and the team’s hospitality. Reviewers describe him as caring, attentive, and willing to listen, and one longtime patient says he has been their doctor since 2017. Another says they have relied on him as their primary care provider for about a year. The staff are described as welcoming and patient, while the office is called modern and cozy. These are individual experiences rather than guarantees, but they may help prospective patients understand the people-centered impression some visitors have taken away from Health4life.
The reviews also show why a direct conversation about arrangements can be important. One reviewer raises a concern about an early termination charge after losing a job, describing a contract and a fee. Experiences and circumstances can differ, so anyone considering care or a membership arrangement should ask the clinic directly about available services, costs, billing, and cancellation terms before making a decision. That practical step can help set clear expectations and make it easier to decide whether the clinic’s approach is a good fit. The overall listing shows a 4.4 rating from 7 reviews, a small sample that includes both positive feedback and a billing concern.
Health4life is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and closed Saturday and Sunday. The listed location is in a parking lot on W Lake Mead Boulevard, making the full street address useful when planning a visit. The available information does not specify particular treatments, insurance plans, or appointment options, so contact the clinic to confirm details and current availability. For Las Vegas residents seeking a medical clinic and placing value on a physician who reviewers say listens and a friendly office team, Health4life is a local option worth learning more about. Its weekday schedule may suit people who can arrange a visit during standard business hours.

I am alive today because of Dr. Alfreda and his wonderful team. A real Doctor by his way of practice, a caring physician that treats you like a person and not a medical record number. Thank God I chose Health4Life!
Hands down, Dr. Alfreda is the best doctor I've ever been to! He has been my primary care provider for about a year now. The staff is very welcoming and patient. The office is modern and cozy. Instead of dreading going to an appointment, I actually look forward to seeing everyone's friendly faces! You can tell that Dr. Alfreda is truly invested in the health and well being of his patients. He takes the time to listen to you and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend Dr. Alfreda. He and his staff are extremely caring and professional. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
DR. Alfreda not only has been my Doctor since 2017, but is a friend. He's is simply the best. I can't recommend anyone else in this state.
Sent a contract cancellation after I lost my job about a year ago. I was charged 300$ for early termination after giving them 150$ a month to see Dr. Alfreda 2x a year at most. I Was recently sent a letter, the 1st correspondence from anyone in nearly a year. After telling Kathryn by text last year i would be unable to pay the cancellation fees or make payment arrangements because I had no income and was more concerned with being homeless. This letter stated I still owed the cancellation fees, that they'd tried to reach me multiple times (lies as I have gotten no email, text or letters and they have my contact information and luckily I haven't had to move since I spoke with Kathryn about my inability to pay the cancellation fee nearly a year ago) and if I don't pay it by mid June they will send it to collections. Well I guess that's what's happening because I'm not paying and I don't appreciate the lies they're using to cover themselves because clearly the only reason they sent this letter was they did a yearly audit of unpaid files and mine was there. Concierge service? More like an easy way to get money for nothing. 2x a year for a prescription and I'm paying 1800 a year for this while they still collect fees from my insurance on top of it. I only signed up because Dr. Alfreda is a good doctor, but this is a rip off and I won't support it nor suggest this facility to anyone else. There are good doctors out there that are not money hungry.
Doctor Alfreda is the best. He and his team can't be beaten. You won't go wrong trusting his advice. More than this, he will work with you. He will listen. He cares.
