Healthy Massage

Healthy Massage is a massage spa in Metairie, Louisiana, for people looking for a quiet place to pause and receive focused, hands-on care. Located at 3304 W Esplanade Ave b5, Metairie, LA 70002, the business serves locals and visitors seeking a massage in the Metairie area. Customer feedback describes the space as quiet, clean, and comfortable, with a calm, unassuming feel rather than a showy setting. That atmosphere may appeal to guests who value a peaceful visit and a straightforward experience.

Reviews highlight professional, thorough massage work and attention to areas that feel tight or need extra care. One guest described a therapeutic session focused on tight muscles and back and hip alignment; others praised the quality of the massage and said they left feeling relaxed. Several customers mention Chinese massage as part of their experience, describing it as a style they prefer. These are individual impressions, not a promise of a particular technique or outcome, so guests with specific needs may want to ask what services are available before visiting.

Healthy Massage may suit individuals who want time to unwind, as well as couples: one reviewer says they and their wife have returned for more than three years. Guests who appreciate a quiet environment and attentive work on areas of tension may find the customer feedback especially relevant. The business has a 4.3 rating from 15 reviews. Most shared comments are positive, while one reviewer reported a concerning interaction when trying to call as a woman. Experiences can differ, so anyone with questions about booking or services may wish to confirm details directly.

The spa is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. A reviewer notes that online booking would be convenient but says walk-in visits had not been a problem for them; this is one customer’s experience, so availability may vary. If you are comparing massage spas in Metairie, Healthy Massage offers a local option with customer-reported strengths in a calm setting, professional and thorough care, and attention to tight muscles.
