Hello, Dr, Susan Lee, I am reporting your illegal dental treatment as follows. I had scaling and x-ray examination with MEDI-CAL insurance on April 5th, 2025. However, during the examination and scaling, I was subjected to your nurse's illegal, threatening, and terrifying medical acts, and as a result, I incurred medical expenses of $4000 for implant extraction, bone grafting, and reimplantation that were unnecessary, $750 for crown, and $500 for root canal treatment, so I sue you as follows: 1. There was nothing wrong(NO PAIN, NO INFLAMMATION) with the x-ray taken during the visit on April 5th. 2. Illegal SCALING procedure by the nurse: The illegal scaling by the nurse, not the doctor, continued for one hour in a threatening and terrifying manner. 1) In particular, I suffered a lot of pain and suffering due to the gum incision of the lower molar that was implanted. I screamed in pain and protested why the gum was deeply incised on the side. However, he ignored me and continued to proceed in a terrifying manner. I couldn't say anything anymore because I was scared of this male nurse with a knife and a drill. Because of this, my alveolar bone became infected with bacteria, so I had to have an extraction ($500), bone graft ($1500), and a reimplant ($2000). 2) The illegal nurse continued to cut the gums of my second lower canine and destroy the teeth next to my canines. He cut the gums of my left and right canines and drilled the teeth next to my canines so deeply that they protruded to the nerve area. Because of this, I had to pay for a crown ($750) and a root canal treatment ($500). 3) However, the scaling continued, and I couldn't breathe because a lot of saliva and blood was splashing on my face, so I asked him to cover my face, but he ignored me and continued. It was so scary and terrifying. 3. Protest After the threatening scaling was over, I protested all of the above to the doctor, Ms Susan Lee in charge, but you ignored me. So I left the hospital in a hurry. 4. There was no minimum prescription. Furthermore, no antibiotics or painkillers were prescribed to disinfect the incision area, and no disinfectant was given. Due to this illegal and threatening procedures by a nurse, not a doctor, I incurred a total of $5,250 in medical expenses, so I am claiming compensation for this. If there is no compensation by July 7, 2025, I will file a lawsuit in civil court and MEDICAL BOARD OF CA as attached and consider criminal action and post this claim on Google. JUL 9, 2025 Terrible scaling and dental checkup. I asked only for the regular check-up. But the nurse Intentionally incise the gum and tooth to extract and make the crown. Due to gum incision. it was extracted and implanted. Total costs $5250 don't come here. You will be ripped off.
