Helix Motorsports

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely AMAZING experience with Helix Motorsports, and I can’t say enough great things about Tim! I brought my 4 Series BMW in with an issue, and from start to finish, Tim and the team were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely communicative. They quickly diagnosed the problem, kept me informed throughout the process, and had my car repaired in just ONE day! The best part is that my BMW is now running better than it has in months. 🙌🏽 It’s not easy finding a shop you can truly trust with your car, but Helix Motorsports exceeded my expectations. Tim made the entire experience easy and stress-free, and that level of customer service really stood out to me. Helix Motorsports has officially gained a forever customer in me! I’ll definitely be bringing my BMW back and recommending Helix to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and top-notch automotive service. Thank you, Tim, and the entire Helix Motorsports team! You guys are AMAZING! 👏🏽🔥

I cannot say enough good things about Tim and the team at Helix! They provide the absolute highest standard of care and professionalism. Tim went completely above and beyond to thoroughly diagnose my vehicle, ensuring that every single physical repair was solid, tight, and perfect. What I appreciate most is their honesty and patience. Tim took the time to explain exactly how the car’s computer system works, walked me through the process, and even checked everything over a second time just to give us absolute peace of mind. They don't just fix cars; they truly care about their customers and stand behind their work 100%. If you want a mechanic who is brilliant at what they do, completely honest, and dedicated to getting the job done right, take your vehicle to Tim at Helix. They have earned a customer for life!

I came here after a VERY pricey trip to MINI of Mt Laurel and WOW, I was extremely pleased with the service I got. I roginlally brought it in with some concerns the dealership had highlighted and added a PA Inspection. However, the assured me that there were no issues warranting service and saved me literally hundred of dollars that I would have spent elsewhere. I needed to drop my MINI off after work and the night drop was a little tricky to find. However, once you get back behind the building, parking was ample and the night drop box was easy to use. If you have a MINI or BMW, you will want to go here over any other local shop for service or upgrades. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism of their staff. The fact that they were willing to be honest with me about the service my car actually required speaks volumes. Highly recommended.

The most honest, fairly-priced, comprehensive, and proficient car repair experience I’ve ever had. On my 3rd Mini, and will only trust Tim and his crew from now on.

I can’t say enough good things about Helix Motorsports! I live in East Falls, was getting annoyed that every time I took my Mini to the dealership on the Main Line the mechanical issues were exorbitant to fix, and let some of these repairs go by the wayside until I stumbled upon Helix Motorsports on Facebook. What a breath of fresh air! Tim and his team really know their stuff when it comes to Minis. They diagnosed the issues quickly, explained everything clearly, and had my car running perfectly again in no time. What really impressed me was their honesty and fairness. The work was top-notch, but the prices were so much more reasonable than what I was expecting. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and not just about making a quick buck. If you live in East Falls, Manayunk or Roxborough, own a Mini Cooper and want quality service from people who actually understand these cars, without paying dealership prices, Helix Motorsports is the place to go in Philadelphia. I highly recommend and thanks, again, Tim!
