Hellyer Transmission is the go-to place for all your transmission needs. Brian is professional, honest, and provides outstanding customer service. He got my vehicle diagnosed, repaired and back to me the same day. It's hard to find that level of service these days. I highly recommend Hellyer Transmission to anyone looking for quality work and a trustworthy shop.
I recommended to take my car To Hellyer Transmission by Bensons, after I had it for over a week at the Subaru dealers and Clear Lake they quoted me closer to $2000 and told me I had all kinds of things wrong with the AC. It was perfectly fine when I took it in for them to fix some other problem and I took it out of there the same as I pulled out of the shop it was not working. I called and informed them, but they’re not very helpful so I took my car out of there and took it here and Brian had it fixed in less than an hour and it was just that the Freon was all gone out as the mechanic from Subaru left a cap open. I don’t know what else that guy did wrong to my car but I’m so grateful for Brian I will be taking my cars to him from now on.
I won’t take my vehicle anywhere but Hellyer’s Transmission. Brian is an outstanding service manager—straightforward, honest, and easy to communicate with. He always keeps me informed throughout the process and makes me feel confident that everything is being handled the right way. Really appreciate the level of service the whole team provides.
Brian is always on top of his game when it come to quality service. I’ve take most of my vehicles in the past and now I’m taking my 2002 Chevy corvette to get looked at and the ac figured out. I look forward to dropping off my car with in the next couple weeks.
This place was great. Took my Nissan Titan to them. Not many shops work on these, btw. They fixed the issue & the price was very competitive which was surprising. Took the truck out there, had it towed from Baytown - having other transmission shops here closer, where I could've just driven it to.
