Very patient with my mom who is 93 years old.
Doctors office is rude and incompetent , Rizza the front desk lady is very rude , screams on the phone and belittles patients . I signed papers to have Kaiser send lab results to this office and they didn’t do they’re due diligence to make sure they were looking at correct work. They realized they were looking at a xRay from years back and began to scream at me and tell me to email them my results because she was to lazy to request the CORRECT work from Kaiser . STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTORS OFFICE.
