I usually book a 60-minute massage, and at least every quarter I treat myself to the 90-minute deep tissue massage with cupping. If you're new to Hiatus and want to try a few massage providers before deciding who you'd like to book with regularly (that's exactly what I did), be sure to request Mercedes. She's incredibly skilled, knows exactly how to find and work out problem areas, and I feel refreshed and renewed every time I leave. I've worked with multiple massage professionals over the years, and Mercedes is truly one of the best. Highly recommended!
I had a facial scheduled with Amanda, she asked me certain questions about my skin . Recommended I buy the catalyst from skin ceuticals. She insisted I get it . Through out the facials she asked me if I wanted the hydra facial. I said yes , leaves me in the middle and goes to put me down for that the next time . On a card I was given by the front desk it had a checklist , quiet or chatting. I marked quiet . Well this young lady talked my ear off about how she loves to pop all the impurities off the skin . But she didn’t do all mine , she left it for the hydrafacial. I payed $240 for this facial . On my way out I left a $25 tip for her at the front desk. The next day I received a call to why I didn’t leave a tip . But I did I mentioned. Very pushy, unorganized and totally not relaxing at all . I had a headache when I left . I do not recommend this place . It looks very nice , as you walk in, but looks can be deceiving
My granddaughter (14) wanted a basic facial.we had picked one out on their website for $140.00. When we were there setting up the spot. Emmalyn knew how to address every issue I had, and there were quite a few. it became apparent very quickly that she knew exactly what she was doing. I appreciate that you have such a skilled and gifted massage therapist at Hiatus Spa. I will ask for her again.
I had one of the Best massages ever with Jasmine today. She truly is gifted and is a pro at getting all the kinks and knots out. I felt like I was levitating up to heaven after this amazing Massage. Very relaxing, very professional, extremely a ton of to what your body needs. I definitely will be going back, amazing service all the way around
