High Tech Auto Repair

High Tech Auto Repair is an auto repair shop at 1601 Belfield Ave in Philadelphia, PA, serving drivers looking for help with vehicle repairs and practical, straightforward service. Customer reviews describe experiences with a range of needs, including a blown tire, a repaired vehicle part, and a newly installed bumper. The shop has a 4.3-star rating from 114 reviews, offering prospective customers a useful snapshot of feedback from other local drivers. If you are considering a visit, call ahead to confirm that the shop is open and able to take your vehicle, especially when timing is important.

Several reviewers highlight the people behind the work. Customers mention Jim, T, and Tee, describing them as professional, reasonable, helpful, and willing to explain what a repair involves. One reviewer appreciated that Tee was candid about what he could and could not do, then continued working on the issue after the first repair did not resolve it. That kind of clear communication can matter when you are trying to understand your options and decide on the next step. Reviews also describe the shop as clean and the staff as easy to deal with, making it a practical choice for drivers who value a direct conversation with their mechanic.

The feedback points to useful examples rather than a one-size-fits-all promise: a customer praised a bumper installation that improved the look of a truck, while others described long-term relationships with a mechanic and help getting vehicle concerns addressed. The reviews do not establish that every repair can be handled at the shop, so it is sensible to describe your vehicle’s symptoms and ask about the work you need before bringing it in. For customers who appreciate detailed explanations, reasonable service, and a mechanic who follows up when a problem remains, these experiences may help inform a visit.

High Tech Auto Repair lists weekday hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday hours from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and Sunday as closed. Because one customer reported arriving during posted Saturday hours and finding the shop closed early, confirming availability in advance is especially worthwhile. The address is 1601 Belfield Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19141. Whether you need to discuss a repair, ask about a tire issue, or check on bumper work, contacting the shop first can help set expectations and make your trip more convenient.
