The owner, Ms Thanh Mai did good job on my eyebrows, eyeliner and lips. She’s very nice and professional. My family, friends, co worker all said it looks natural and pretty. I’m very happy. I like this place, nice people and good service. I will come back again if I need more service. Thank you Ms Thanh Mai, Tường Nguyên and the staffs.

A couple of months ago, I had eyebrow shading done. Afterwards the owner stated that she would reshade them a few months later since the tattoo would fade over time. She said that she would do them for free. I came a couple months later, which was last week and she said that I would have to pay again. Why would she offer to do something for free and then charge? After clearing it up with her, she decided to do the reshading for free. But after she was in a bad mood, and I did not trust her to do a good job on my brows. So I left and decided to go to another place. This establishment is not trustworthy and is a poor representation of Vietnamese businesses.

The owner is nice until she got paid. She gave many reasons why I don’t need a correction or a touch up even though I insisted that I’m not happy. She played the Fung Shui scam, saying she knows how customers are supposed to look. The red ink ran outside the border of my left lip, and the gray ink is outside the border of my brow. What Fung Shui is that??? So ridiculous! The owner is partnered with a YouTuber, bragging about how skillful they are. I met the YouTuber there. She acted like she is sharing great personal experience, but I found out she got compensated for her videos. She is escorting customers to their appointments. When I commented on her YouTube channel about my experience, she deleted my comment. That is the reason why only positive comments are on her videos. Don’t fall for it! Stay away.

Having PERMANENT eye brows done at this place is the worst regret I've ever made. UNEVEN! Color quickly FADES leaving patches of PERMANENT light gray. EXTREMELY RUDE! Plan on them keeping you there for the whole day, making you wait several hours even if you make an appt ahead of time. Cindy (Vietnamese name Mai) quickly drew my eye brows on with a eye brow pencil. But it was uneven and I didn't like the shape she drew. I asked her to make it a little thinner and add a little more arch. But she said "no this is how it's suppose to be." But this is permanent and I didn't want to just say yes on a whim, also I didn't like it. she walks away, and I sat there for about 30minutes before someone else sees that I'm not being helped and comes over and offers to redraw them for me. I liked the way the younger girl drew it for me. And I asked for medium brow ink. Cindy the owner told her to "just do dark brown". I'm shocked! I'm the client. This is my face and it's going to be PERMANENT! Shouldn't I be able to choose the color I want? I wanted it to look natural, not like sharpie ink The owner Cindy is a total witch! She said she's taking too long. "It should be quick." She said. "Just ten minutes and done. It's never going to be even. Hurry up, just add a little hair strokes." This is permanent make up! How can she be so careless. And so mean to her employees when they're just trying to do a good job. She kept rushing us. Warning! DONT COME HERE if you want even eyebrows. She won't do a good job. She refuses to spend time making clients happy. And the color comes out UNEVEN, PATCHY, two toned, just a horrible mess! It's like McDonald's here. (Except it isn't cheap) it's sloppy, UGLY and rude service. My eyebrows are very uneven. The right side round arch, longer and thicker. The left side is shorter and skinner and very high sharp arch. HORRIBLE JOB.i

Great place! I got my eyebrows done here and they look amazing. Didn’t hurt too much. Really recommend.
