I bought a portable AC here. Product is good but quite expensive. Owner is very friendly.
This shop so bad service
This place is a dishonest and clearly greedy place to deposit money. Previously, I deposited $1000, and the receipt said $1000. But I miscounted and gave the business owner, Loc Tran, $2000 instead. When the owner received my deposit, he put it in the cash register and asked me, "Did you deposit $1000?" I was busy with work at the time and didn't pay attention. When I went outside, I found that $1000 was missing. When I asked, he said he only received $1000. Today, the same thing happened again, but not me, but the mother and daughter. I witnessed it myself today!!! The mother and daughter counted out $10,000 by hand and gave it to the owner, Loc Tran. But on the receipt, the mother and daughter only wrote "sent $5000". When Mr. Loc Tran took the money the mother and daughter gave him, as usual, he put it into the counting machine. The machine displayed the amount, and he stood blocking their view. When the machine finished counting, he asked, "Did you send $5000?" He quickly rolled up the stack of money and hid it, asking them to sign a receipt for $5000. The mother and daughter said, "I gave you $10,000." He replied, "You wrote 'sent $5000' in here." Immediately, the mother demanded that he return the money he had just counted. He awkwardly returned it, his face pale. Then the mother and daughter counted each bill again, and it was indeed $10,000, not $5000 as the business owner Loc Tran had claimed, even though the money counting machine had shown the total amount. How could he dare say they sent $5000? A blatant act of greed. If the mother and daughter... If he hadn't been alert, he would have lost $5000 like I did last time. I'm writing this review to warn everyone about this place, it's terrible! 😡😡😡
