Home Instead

We are so grateful for the care and support we received from Home Instead during the care of my aging lifelong friend. The agency consistently provided compassionate, dependable caregivers who not only assisted my friend, but also supported me through a very difficult season. A special thank you to Phyllis, who went far above and beyond in every way. She is caring, patient, compassionate, and incredibly hardworking. Phyllis treated my friend with dignity, kindness, and genuine affection, always taking the time to comfort, encourage, and help in ways both large and small. Her dedication and heart made an enormous difference to all of us. I highly recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate care for a loved one.

Working for Home Instead has been a wonderful experience. The staff and management are really nice and make you feel comfortable. They are very understanding and give you great advice. They make you feel like you’re part of a family. The clients I have had seem to be very pleased with our service. Home instead cares about their clients and provides excellent care.

Earlier this year I had a bad fall and broke 2 bones. I had surgeries and needed a lot of help at home. Home instead helped in so many ways. I recommend them to everyone. They were professional and very kind to me. Thanks!!!!!

A friend of the family told me about “Home instead” I was skeptical and very hesitant about leaving my mom with complete strangers. I swallowed my fears and made the initial phone call, because I was no longer able to assist my mom in the capacity that she needed due to complications from my own health. I have to say that making that call was the best decision of my life. Tanisha, my mom’s case manager calmed my fears and assured me that they would be able to find caregivers to assist my mom. I have been so happy with all of the ladies who have been assigned to my mom’s care. They have all been simply amazing! They are patient, kind, caring and most importantly to me they care for my mom as if she was their mother. I couldn’t be happier with Arnedrea, Rebecca and Moniquica. These ladies are doing a wonderful job of caring for my mom and also building a great relationship with her and helping her not be home alone.

We are very happy with the care that we have received from Home Instead of North Houston. It seems like there is so much that needs to be done for someone who can't do for themselves, so receiving assistance from the capable and caring staff at Home Instead is so wonderful. I've met only competent and understanding people from this agency. Our regular caregiver has been so terrific. Another plus is the ease that the statements are handled. They are sent in a timely manner to our long-term care insurance company, which has not happened with other caregiver organizations with which we have worked. It's been a joy to deal with Home Instead of North Houston.
