Took 2016 Accord blowing warm air out of drivers side vent, others were cool. Flushed and replaced Freon in less than 45mins at a more than fair price. The staff was friendly and they were busy the entire time. Communication can be an issue, but the main mechanic had good English and gave me other tips to help my car ac work more efficiently

Don't expect the same level of service if you have an older car. I have been here 5 times in the last 3 years and they got my car working for a decent price. But the last time I came, I was treated very rudely without cause. I was getting a v-tech gasket replaced as well as another gasket for an oil leak issue. I asked the owner to show me the work that had been done, which he has always done before, and he proceeded to lean out the door and yell loudly in a foreign language something that had all the attendants smirking and laughing. My mechanic did point out something to me that could have been replaced, but when I looked returning home I found that the area around the v-tech gasket looked undisturbed and dusty and they had overfilled the oil by more than a quart, like they expected it to keep leaking. The car continues to leak oil at the same rate and it's not evident to me that they did anything at all besides overfilling my oil. They had no problem taking my money though. Not going back.

I drive a 2015 Lexus and they keep it running smoothly. I recently had a hub go bad. They diagnosed it and replaced them and once they saw the rotors they replaced those too with no extra labor charges. They sent pictures and communicated clearly the issue and fix. I trust them to do what I need. Sometimes they have me wait on what I think I want. They are quick to let me know when it's time for this or that. Not want it because of a calendar date! I trust their services!

The owner’s behavior is highly unprofessional, resulting in a 4-star rating. It is difficult to communicate effectively with them due to their lack of manners. They should prioritize learning basic customer service skills, such as proper greetings and communication. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. Consider paying a slightly higher fee to a more reputable establishment where staff members are courteous and knowledgeable.

We have gone to Honcura for over twenty years. They are the most honest and best mechanics in the business. They don't upsell, or try to rip you off. Best shop in the Dallas area
