Nicole Quattrone was my realtor for two properties. She was amazing in helping us sell our mom's home in New Jersey. She made the process so smooth and even helped us get over $20,000 more than asking price. I was so impressed with the way she handled this property we decided to have her help us purchase an investment property in Philadelphia. Again, she did an amazing job for us. This was a difficult sale as it ended up going to short sale, but she stayed with us walking us through every step of the process. This was a property we felt was absolutely prefect for out situation and she hung in there with us every step of the way. She was "always" available to answer our questions and we had many ! I feel she listened to exactly what i was looking for in a property and did the research to find us quite a few options. She made us feel like family. I would highly recommend Nicole Quattrone and Honest Real Estate for purchasing or selling a property.
