Really happy with the service I received here! Phillip and Cindy, along with another handyman whose name I didn't catch, made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through what my car needed without making me feel overwhelmed or upsold.The work was done faster than I expected, and my car is running great now. You can tell this team values honesty and quality, which goes a long way when it comes to auto repairs. Hong’s is the place to go to. They have helped me and my girlfriend out 3 times now with our cars and each time has been an excellent experience. Phillip is great at what he does and always explains thoroughly what’s wrong with the car and what needs to be done to fix it. Their pricing is very fair and they don’t try to upsell either. Overall, we’re very happy with our experiences here because they respect their customers, and they’re not out to get you like other places, they’re just there to help. We plan on always coming back to them because we know our cars will be in good hands.

this review is long overdue, but my experience with them still crosses my mind to this day. brought my jaguar to change transmission (xmsn) fluid in summer of 2023 because it was giving me an occasional “gearbox at fault” message on dash. I called ahead and dropped off my car in the morning for half a day. They called back saying they’ve finished diagnosing it & could pick up or leave it for repairs I decided to arrived to talk with them in person to get better idea what was going on and all they did was used scanner and told me it may need more than just xmsn fluid change. saying that it could be solenoid problems, maybe worn out clutch, maybe needs flushing and that fluid change is where they would start first. Their uncertainty and inability to specify exactly what my car needs made me not to take their service. I took my car and changed the transmission fluid myself at independent auto shop & it all needed was the transmission fluid change. Since most cars are due of it at around 60k mi. my car didn’t give any issues and drove smoothly thereafter. And btw. when i came back to pick up my car , still got charged over hundred dollars just for them to take my car for a half a day drop-off just to read the scanner code and not diagnose fully what it needs, when i could have just taken to AutoZone to get it red for free. they kinda held my car key hostage purposefully until i paid for “diagnostic fee” and some mechanic from other room came after i paid to give it to the cashier at register. maybe they’re good mechanics at other things but this was an unforgettable experience from paid professionals.

This review has been a decade in the making. I have been coming here for years. They care about what they do and they do it well. It's a small business. I have tried to take my car elsewhere and just end up taking it here to be fixed after taking it elsewhere. I don't trust anyone else with my car. If I could give more stars, I would.
