Hoping hearts home care is a fantastic company, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance. When I met with manager, I knew I was in great hands. The caregiver she paired me with is very reliable and always on time. Thank you for providing outstanding service daily!!
After Angie then (Supervisor) Jessica , then Carmen...She cannot help me with a shower If I fall in the shower, or onto her...She would be badly injured. Last week when she finished my legs she left me in the shower unattended while she got the towels for me but then she was watching TV. Today as soon as she got here she wanted and had a cigarette break. Angela had asked her to assist her dusting as I have severe allergies and respiratory conditions. She dusted a book shelf, had another cigarette break then sat on the couch for the last 20 minutes wanting another smoke break. She can't shower me I am asked to bend forward to help .with my hair or do my back properly. So if it's not working on the hygiene side not assisting with daily tasks then what am I doing. I am also upset that contacting someone is so difficult. I am to assume you don't check phone messages, as well? I also have extreme PTSD. I don't remember so well is part of that, as I explained in the initial meeting. I am asking for a phone call to my wife Please. I am firmly requesting this ASAP.

I have used this service for a short period of about a month and they have excelled at performing my caregiver needs for which I am grateful since my stroke nine years ago I have used several agencies for care as I am paralyzed and bed bound there are a number of agencies that said they would provide care for me and I had a lot of no calls no shows after I had changed agencies several times I found hoping hearts since I did it has been a blessing to me for their response to my care has been exceptional
