Sign in to reviewI had such an amazing experience with Shanni! I came in feeling pretty hopeless about my hair, but she completely turned things around. Her knowledge and confidence instantly put me at ease, and I trusted her to do whatever was needed to bring my hair back to life and she absolutely delivered. I walked out feeling like a million dollars. Not only did she transform my hair, but she also shared great insights on maintaining its health. I was also really impressed with the quality of the products they carry, definitely a bonus to the whole experience. Highly recommend!
I am incredibly disappointed by the hostility I was met with when calling. I have come here twice, and both times I was told there was going to be no cancellation fee if I booked the same day. Today was going to be my third time, and I confirmed once more on the phone about the policy. Five minutes later, Kylee called me back on the phone and said that actually they did need my card. When I tried to inquire about the policy, she spoke in an incredibly condescending tone almost to imply that I would or could not pay. I have spent nearly 300 dollars here, and my experience has been volatile. My first stylist did an incredible job (Eva), which is why I had come back a second time. Unfortunately, my second experience was not good. While my new stylist was sweet, the bangs she gave me made me look like Dora. I had ended up traveling, so I couldn’t come in to get them fixed. When I called them 3 weeks later, they told me I had missed their “fix up” deadline, and wouldn’t make any exceptions - even for my travel timeline. Additionally, I have never been offered the complementary drink (a petty complaint lol, but still a little weird that both times this went ignored). I’ve been holding out hope that the third time would be a charm, but after the hostility I have been met with over the phone, I can’t and will not come back here. For the amount of money I have spent here, and the amount I was willing to spend, I expect the service to reflect that. And that is just not the case.
First, let me say that I have been to many salons, however, few were as welcoming as yours. I felt like I belonged, and everybody greeted me with an authentic smile. Now onto my hair… Fabulous, fantastic, elegant, five star. Shanni is that magical combination of artist and scientist. I can’t wait to come back and see what she creates with me next. Nancy
Violet is the best best hairstylist ever. Love, love, love Violet. So grateful to have found her!!! She's so creative, she took my edgy ideas of what I wanted and customized them for me to have something tailored to me that was even better than what I asked for. Not to mention, my head is covered in massive scars from surgery and that didn't get on her way at all. Now I look like I didn't have surgery and like I'm 10 years younger. True artist!
Honestly y’all, if you have to come to this salon, save yourself the heartache and being overcharged and DO NOT for the love of God, go to Krista. My first experience with her was in September 2025 — she gave me a short haircut (above the chin) and then lightened my hair 2 days later. She overcharged me by charging me for long lightening trend ($300 when the short is $225) AND a blow-dry ($80) when the blow-dry was supposed to be free. Then she told me she was giving me a discount. I did not know she overcharged me until March 2026 when I re-booked online because I did not see an itemized receipt. I asked her if she could offset the cost by applying what she overcharged me in September ($155) towards the current cost and she was quite rude and said no, “it does not matter, the cost was the same anyways” She said there wasn’t a difference in cost between short and long and it was so long ago so no. I just said okay because I am a people pleaser and it takes so much for me to stand up for myself. When she lightened my hair in March, I asked for butter blonde and said “as much blonde as possible” and “the more blonde, the better” and she absolutely nailed the butter blonde but she barely touched 6 months of grow out and didn’t even touch the under layers of my hair, so it did not look like I even got my hair done because 6 months of roots growing out were still there and I put my hair up for work. I made ANOTHER appointment (both times on my only days off mind you) and she absolutely RUINED my hair. Gone is the beautiful butter blonde and it is replaced by tacky icky brassy hair. She had the audacity to be like “it’s so pretty!” No, it is not pretty — it is ugly and tacky looking. I get so sad (like straight up depressed) whenever I see my reflection because I cannot afford to fix my hair. So yeah, do not go to Krista, she will overcharge you and make you depressed.
